Disconnected at 888

I have a stable 100Mbit/s Internetconnection, but it happens often that I get disconnected while playing at the 888 platform. Very annoying when you have a premium hand. Recently I called 2 All Ins with AK but got disconnected suddenly, my hand was folded and it would have been a FH .

I also play with pokerstars on the same Computer and here I never had this problem. Anyone else made this experiences with 888 ?

Sometimes I also lose connection on 888. It's very bad when you lose a good hand. I have not liked the 888 program for a long time. Constantly different problems arise.

Yes I had a similar problem today playing on 888 on an ipad, I was trying to Raise and it sort of locked up then the screen flickered and came on and I was all in. I didn't choose all in the game put me there...some kind of technical glitch at 888

At the moment I seem to disconnect more often on PokerStars than 888 Poker. Its important to note, that it only takes a short glitch in your internet connection for this to happen. So if for instance you try to open a homepage in your browser, it might appear to you, your internet connection is fine, while in reality its not. If multible disconnections happen in the same session, I often restart my router and sometimes the computer as well.

With PokerStars I never had this problem. I also restarted my Computer, another way I do to continue the session, is to switch to the mobile App and use the mobile internet.

Happens freq to me at 888. Today I needed a good hand and was delighted to be dealt AK, was 4 handed and my turn...was considering my raise and 888 folded it. 888 FREQUENTLY folds my cards for time reasons I think while under 2 seconds, but today it said disconnected. It seems so often...perhaps 6-7 times since nov/dec I have started my laptop and was forced to download updated software for 888, whereas before I had the same software for over a year and no update download prompt...really makes me wonder if they are having problems, but any time I email them, they pass the buck. Im fed up with them

Bro, you need to write to 888 support. Maybe they can solve your problem. I can advise you to reinstall the client 888. If it doesn't help, contact the support service or look in the frequently asked questions section on their website. I think they should have an answer to your question there. Of course, it is unpleasant when you have a top pair of type AA or KK and you are the favorite, there is a shutdown, I start to freak out. An unpleasant situation.

Good afternoon.I have some problems at 888 when I´m also playing in 2 or 3 other sites at the samee time.If I´m only playing at 888,I hardly ever have problems there.I hope your problem is solved soon.
