Couple of questions about fulltilt??

Hi all,
I seem to be having a problem with the software at fulltilt, i've mentioned before that it flickers every few seconds like it's constantly updating, I can live with that but it's also starting freezing up on me now, only did it like once a day but it's slowly getting worse, today it froze 3 times. I have to hit control alt delete to close the software then I can re-open it. Anyone else get this and if so is there a solution? I can't deposit here if that keeps happening and I would like to.
I have tried disc cleanup and clearing cache/history but it still freezes. Any ideas???

One other question unrelated to above, how do you take a screenshot of your table when playing poker? I should know this but I don't, I tried to work it out once but someone told me you have to hit control then a F button and something else so am hoping someone can tell me the correct way to take a screenshot. Thanks in advance for any help to my problems.

I'm not sure about your first question, but to take a screenshot of the current window you have open you hold down Ctrl - Alt and hit the Print Screen key. You can then open up Paint and hit Ctrl - V to paste the screenshot.

If you want to take a screenshot of your entire screen, just hit Print Screen instead of holding Ctrl + Alt.

Have you tried reinstalling the software? I just finished playing on FT a few minutes ago and had no issues.

Thankyou for the screenshot help and yes Jack it looks like my last resort is to re-download the software and see if that makes a difference, hope so, thanks again everyone.

just reinstall

i had a slight problem and sent them a support email. they told me to reinstall. so i did .... works perfect. well as good as to be expected !!!!!
