is it possible to cash out on betonline with ecopayz? i only see it as a deposit but not withdraw option. do i have to deposit with it first and it will then appear as a withdraw option?

You should talk to them directly.
I believe that there is an #800
Also there could be a live chat option on their website.
I was having a problem finding a prop bet and they called me out of the blue to help me...did not ask for a call, just an email and was pleased that they reached out (guess they looked up my cell number in my profile and the call came from Nevada)

I am not commenting on 'cashing out'. I just wanted to compliment you on your signature line where you list your tournament wins! Fabulous idea, and it may get copied if I am able to get the track record you have listed . . .

Up until 3 months ago I could only deposit on ecoPayz. The same with quite a few casinos I have played on, deposit but no withdrawal.

When they added it for me it just showed up one day but I had made a few deposits via ecoPayz in the past so I can't say for sure that it would show up with a deposit. You will have to ask them. Their live chat works well and is very fast it is the easiest way to contact them.

One thing to note with ecoPayz withdrawals they charge 1% processing fee. Kind of annoying and unfair to pay to get my money but with the removal of skrill and neteller around six weeks ago it is my fastest and cheapest way to get a withdrawal processed.
