I received 8 euro ticket to cash games, as a first deposit promo on unibet. I know I have to see 500 flops with it, but don't know how it works, when I want to leave the table before 500 flops and I have less or more than initial 8 euros? The ticket value will change or I will lose the ticket?

Best would be to ask their costumer support and ask them this :) but im assuming whatever you make from those 8€ is yours to keep and converts into cash once you finish the 500 flops seen challenge, you might need to do it in one sitting or more, but i assume any period of time works as long as you have money left after you see 500flops money should be yours whatever is left of it or whatever profits you make

Ok,
I just leaved the table with 1.66 euro - i started with 2 euro. Now I have 7.66 euro ticket. There is a number of the flops remaining also, so it's great i don't have to count them :p

unibet, you need to deposit 10€ or more im not sure exactly, check it out on their site, and you get 8€ free to play in cashgames but you need to see 500 flops to convert it into money, whatever you have after 500flops you keep as cash

What type of game is that? Holdem or Omaha? My first and last ticket was PL0 4 NL cash ticket and it was pain for me to see this flops, since I had no clue what I was doing. I was playing PLO 2 days for 8 hours to complete their requirements. So, basically that 8 euro is yours if you see the 600 flops. Also, your winnings from that 8 euro is yours too. For example: You won 12 euro from 8 euro ticket and you'll be receiving 20 euro after you see 600 flops. If you lost 2 euro but still ended up seeing 600 flops, you'll receive 6 euro and you can play whatever you want with that money. Also, if you'll win such tickets in the future you can exchange them to the MTT tickets BEFORE using it(seeing any flops). Hope I'll explained somehow understandably.
UPD: Damn, didn't saw that it's deposit bonus. But I think it works same as this.

Promotions in different countries may differ.
In mine it was: 4x4e ticket for unibet open, 8e ticket cash game (you can use it in any cash game and even play some PLO and some NLHE). 500e bonus for rake, but it's very hard to get any. 21e rake for 1e bonus, 500e rake for 15e bonus, etc. ...
When you register on Unibet you can choose from 3 types of bonus: casino, poker and sports - it's how it works in my country. I choosed poker ofc. Then it is realesed, when you make a first deposit, probably at least 10e (i paid in my currency similar amount).

I misread your post and thought it was a 500 euro Welcome freeroll. But it's still works the same way as these I think.

This is exactly how it works yeah ... The one thing I want to add though is that the ticket will expire within 7 days of inactivity and any value it holds will be forfeited. However, if you see at least 1 flop on the ticket before then, then the expiration time will be reset to 7 days. So... If you lose the total ticket amount before the required flops you obviously lose the ticket... 1 thing I'm not sure about or what happens is if you're ticket value is less than the minimum buy in and you're not currently at a game. Maybe youd use cash to make up the difference?
