Fish, you play with YOUR money where YOU want, though many others interpret our promotions otherwise as indicated by the rapid increase in the number of players in Noble. The food chain works .. :)

Enjoy the weekend!
Now THAT's Customer Service.

Now then.
I am simply asking a non-confrontational question.
What exactly makes your site better than any other site?

If I was to sell something, which I do, I always be sure to bring up to potential customers that which is superiour about my product vs my competitors'. The product itself does not have to be superior, but I will certainly choose the ONE thing that is better and boast about it.

Why won't you do this about your site?

Noble_Poker, thanks for the promo! I likely won't have enough time to invest in trying to win but appreciate the $5 survey bonus and will see what I can do to build it up.

Your professional conduct on the board reflects well on your site. You wouldn't believe some of the awful behavior I've witnessed on message boards from individuals supposedly trying to represent businesses, so it's nice to see the opposite.

Oh, and you must be right about the increase in number of players on your site -- I had the darnedest time finding a nickname that wasn't taken.

Damn, you guys are really getting on Noble. I really like Noble poker. Their bonus was easy to clear, the cards seem to fall realistically and I have had a few connection problems, but nothing unreasonable. On top of that, the guy is here interacting with us, giving cardschatters special attention. Other than royal vegas occasionally, I dont see any other sites doing that. I myself recommend Noble.

I like Noble poker as well, if it weren't for the switch to Titan ( for the CC events) I would have stayed at Noble. I like it a lot.

I didn't see much difference between noble and titan. Both IMHO are good.

Well you didn't lose $300 due to Noble's connection problems. Maybe they're a thing of the past, but CdPoker and Betfred offer identical SnG's and have better tournaments.

Ya know I am a new account at Noble, I took the survey and tried downloading Noble after survey and it wouldn't go. So I downloaded Noble through CC and called customer service to tell them what happened and they first said that I had to go through the survey, after I explained it again, she put me on hold again and said they would send me an email of their decision. I have neither rec'd and email or the $6.00. I know it's only $6 but I took the time to take the survey in good faith and now I feel cheated a bit. I'd also like the response that was promised to me.

You won't get the $5 now, because you are now listed under a "different affiliate". ;)

zinzan100, sorry for missing your other post

I checked in our database and it seems that you did not download Noble Poker through www.holdemsurveys.com/cchat/ so you are not eligible for the $5.00 bonus. Please note that due to anti-fraud measures, a user cannot download 2 Noble Poker clients onto his computer. I am sure that you and other players value our zero-tolerance policy against fraud.

Once again, I apologize for not getting back to you earlier on this.

I have already told you to keep your $5.
I value zero-tolerance against fraud.
I downloaded Noble THEN completed your survey through Cardschat.
So shoot me for doing it in that order.
I also value zero tolerance against such people as yourself with your insulting comment above.
Fraud would be a factor if would be new customers tried to abuse your promotion by trying to claim $5 more than once for there own personal gain.
In my case i have not succeeded in claiming it even once in good faith.
For you to include my name in a post regarding fraud is nothing short of disgusting.
How dare you group my earlier post in the same catagory as that of fraud.
It is my feelings that you lack judgement in your actions and responses with regards to customer ( and future customers ) service.
It should be reason enough for others to think twice before deciding to use your site.
Forums such as this allows its members the chance to find out more about a site before they decide if they want to play there or not.
A good way to make a decision is to count the amount of negitive posts regarding that site.
So in your case i can only conclude that you may not reach the desired number of new players you hope for from this forum.
One reason for this may be the amount of negitive responses already made by some of our members here, but another reason may well be the attitude you yourself have shown towards them.

A good reason to " not shoot the messenger " is to send a decent one to begin with.
I hope in the future you allow your typing fingers a chance to engage with your brain before spouting off about frauds and tolerances.

(5) NPR34475682 $ 13.80 $ -
(6) NPR34423472 $ 12.60 $ -

Guys/Girls please don't take your anger out on the rep. He/she has gone out of his/her way to make a special promotion just for us, and keep us regularly updated on how it's going. I understand some of you may be a little frustrated, but please at least phrase your questions in a more restrained manner. Hundreds of you guys have taken up this special offer and received free money on Noble Poker. I'd like to personally thank the rep for taking part in the forums and continuing to keep us updated on the status of the promotion.

Seems that there are a couple of players making a few bucks in Noble Poker. Take a quick look at the latest update of the overall competition (http://www.holdemmaster.net/bnppc/prizes/) - the guy (from sweden) with a bankroll of over $1,600 never made a deposit in Noble Poker - he started with $5 and is taking them all the way. The second (with over $1,300) made a single deposit (prior to the start of this competition) and his "Return On Investment" (ROI) is not too bad either.

We are working on the next stage of this competition. If any of you have a suggestion - feel free to post it here or to email to hiliinny@yahoo.com

One thing I'd like to know about the totals that you're posting - are the bankroll totals and rankings excluding deposits and deposit bonuses, because these would be a relatively unfair way of jumping up the rankings - i.e.
if you took the $5 free, deposited $100 , and made $10, with a $20 deposit bonus, it would be fairest if that counted as $15 (for the initial amount plus winnings), not $35 or $135, so then the best players are rewarded rather than the ones that deposit the most money.
On the leaderboard side, it states that you can deposit up to $100 and still be eligible for the competition, yet 4 of the people listed on the overall (not cardschat) leaderboard are shown as having deposited a lot more than that?

Just wanting some clarification, because I'm happy to keep trying to work my way up the rankings, but I'll be less keen if someone can beat me just by placing a deposit of $100, without making any profit from playing.

starfall, I can understand where you are coming from, but limiting the competition to "no deposits" is somewhat unfair, as it requires A LOT of luck, as losing the first $5 doesn't measure any lack of skill. On the other hand, we have limited the total deposits to $100 in order to keep this competition within reach of (almost) every player.

As you can see in the table above, a $20 deposit and some skillful play puts you "in the money" (among the special CardsChat promotion) so you can effectively get an instant bonus by finishing among the top-4.

My argument is not that you shouldn't be allowed to deposit, but that the amount you deposit should be deducted from the total for the purposes of working out the winner - that way if I deposited $100 then I could play higher stakes to make profits faster, which would be a reasonably fair way to gain an advantage - I have no objection to that.
As it stands, though, it seems that any cardschat member could jump to first place in the current Cardschat rankings by registering and placing a larger deposit. Since I'm not in the top few placings, that wouldn't affect me currently, but I'm sure someone would be a bit annoyed if they had built up a nice profit from careful play only to see themselves kicked out of the placings by someone who hadn't really played at all. It's still an interesting competition though. Out of curiosity, the current leader on the Noble Poker leader board, am I right in thinking that he probably put all his money into a tournament and placed high in the money, or don't you know?

Well that's pretty much what they said in the last paragraph of their post - make a deposit and you're in the money.

It seems that the 2 leaders from 3/30 and 3/26 withdrew the money from their Noble Poker account, and a late deposit from NPR34680852(who was among the leaders for a while) was enough to get the win.

Is it fair? well, the rules were simple and it was within the rules.

So here are the prizes:

(1) NPR34680852 - $40
(2) NPR34356342 - $30
(3) NPR34243772 - $20
(4) NPR34246062 - $10

In order to be eligible for the prizes, PLEASE POST YOUR NOBLE POKER HANDLE ON THIS THREAD!!! We will transfer the prize into your Noble Poker account 5-8 business days after you post your handle here.

Congrats to the winners and thank you very much for participating!

Prepare yourself for the next Noble Poker competition to be announced soon, and meanwhile, work on the $100 Million Freeroll ($500,000 Guarantee) and on the WSOP Qualifiers (starting at $1)

More comments are always appreciated
