Can't withdraw my money from PS

Good afternoon people, i am a new member and i have a problem with pokerstars.
I tried a lot of times to send them the documents that they' ve asked me before and after the restriction but they didn't verify me yet and they used to send me the same email again and again ''that i had to send my documents before the 30 days time frame'' otherwise it will close. They restricted my account 1 second after i made a deposit and now i can't play or even withdraw my money, it's been a week since they restricted my account i' ve send them couple of messages to learn what it's going on but i got no answer from them. The thing is that in a couple days the 30 days time frame will be done and i am wondering what should i do, should i keep waiting or can i do something else?

You MUST to send ALL the documents they are looking for. I had the same situation, 4 or 5 days after sending ALL the documents my account was active again.

I did it many times, they told me that they want a bank document with my information not older than 3 months so i' ve send it but they told me they don't want it from my camera of my phone because the information wasn't clear and i' ve send it again differently and everything was crystal clear, i' ve send also my id front/back in digital like bank document but still nothing happend.

How long has it been since PokerStars restricted your account?

Looking into the box receiving spam as both their emails go directly to the spam it happened to me too, but if your documents are received, PokerStars eventually you unlock your account

It's been almost 10 days my account it's restricted and from then i had no answer from them even tho i' ve send them a lot of messages already, i' ve checked my spams already also and still nothing. I mean what am i supposed to do in this situation?
