Bots???

These days we saw news of Paty Poker and ACR deleting Bot players
Have anyone saw something alike with poker stars?
Any statement? News in the papers? In any site?

pokerstars is constantly removing bots from their site. They have top of the line security and put an effort to eliminate this issue unlike other sites. Most computer programmers who develop these bots won't even bother putting them on a site like Pokerstars because of fear of confiscation of funds and the truth of the matter is most bots aren't even that good anyway.

Pokerstars is definitely the most aggressive about this. Interesting that ACR is stepping up, but so far, it's been 2 bans. Not a big deal. But I've heard another 8 are pending, and who knows beyond that. ACR may be getting aggressive., but it's a little early to tell.

I applaud Poker Stars attempt to find and ban bots, but honestly, this seems like a never ending battle.

There is simply too much money involved for the cheaters to simply give up. They will find ways to cheat the system.

This is definitely one of the worst aspect of online poker (or any other online game for that matter), you never know who or what is at the other end of the screen.

I think that the most highly qualified specialists work in the PS security service and they find no less bots than other rooms.
