Blue chest requirements suddenly x 8

Normally my blue chest is 400 points.
But now i got a blue chest which is 2850 points.
Is this an error in pokerstars and should I contact them, or does that mean I'll get a chest with very expensive items in it?

When you say 400 points, you mean you need 400 points to fill it and get to next chest?
Regardless, there are different chest levels, when you receive 10 chests within 28 days, your next chest is upgraded - harder to fill but better rewards.
I stopped keeping track of what colors are what level, but that should be it nevertheless.

Yes it is indeed 400 points to fill it. But that's the strange thing, I didn't get a higher chest level, I'm still at blue so it should have been 400 again.
So I think it was a bug receiving the low level chest with the points of the next level chest.
I think I'll send them a mail, but probably they won't react.

No mistake. The cost of the first blue chest is from 350 to 2500. At the beginning of the changes, instead of red I was put blue for 2500. The system is transparent. What they want is what they give. Moreover, the reward is the same.
To whom bronze for 800, to silver for 1400, and to blue for 2500

Oh, that kinda sucks actually.
So you need to have 8 times more points for the same rewards, while that could have been 8 times those rewards.
Oh well, it might indeed be best to not look to that.

This is not a mistake, now you will continue to do so. I also have 2850 points for the blue chest, and it lasts from last fall. This does not affect the contents of the chest - the prizes are the same, petty!

Pokerstars should make the program transparent: For example
The number of points needed to get a chest may look like this:


Level 1: Blue Chest - from 350 to 600
Level 2: Bronze Chest - 600 to 1200
Level 3: Silver Chest - 1200 to 2000
Level 4: Gold Chest - 2000 to 2800
Level 5: Diamand Chest - 2800 to 4000
Level 6: Black Chest - 4000


It is very strange that no one paid attention to it!
Now the reward system is not transparent.
The purpose of such a system can be this: Control and management of winnings of players.
The current approach is disrespect for players.

Hi mate.The best thing you can do is to focus all your attention on your game not in those blue chests that give you nothing.Unfortunately,the previous reward system was changed.
