Anyone have any experienced to share about betonline support? Im wondering if my experience is normal.

I had a $20 bonus that I unlocked that wasn't credited. I chatted for over an hour and they couldn't figure out what I was talking about until the very end. They said I had no bonus, never had one. Then they changed it up and said they found it and that it had already been credited. I asked if there was somewhere I could see where this happened and they had no answer. Is there really not a ledger somewhere of debits and credits? They said they would email me something and never did. I emailed them days later and they havent replied to that in a week either. I saved all my communication with them but I don't guess its going to do any good if their default customer service is to ignore people. Does this sound normal for them?

betonline live chat is the worst, have experience with them also

i said im playing a tournament and their software kept sitting me out while im playing on other site is ok meaning my internet is ok, but they don't want to return my buy-in

if this was pokerstars instant refund, pokerstars support are the best customer service, just a comparison

I had it with betonline aswell a few times, support have 0 clue what promotions they are running and you have to be there in the chat for like 2+ hours for them to finally understand something, super annoying, surely "support" should know what promos are going on ??

Sounds like you had an experience almost identical to mine. They still owe me $20. It was excruciating chatting with their clueless CSR for hours for no reason.

50/50 on their support. I have interacted with good knowledgeable ones and then there are a few that are completely clueless and incompetent idiots.

My advice is to try again with their support. This has happened to me multiple times I speak to representative and they tell me a load of BS and I speak to another one the next day and they sort me out.

Their playing/transaction history system give errors and is very buggy and most times it does not go back more 48 hours on our end. But they can pull the correct information not the customer service representatives they have to send it to another department.

Let me give an example of one of my issues:
Deposit $100, I Playthrough $250 on casino, Balance $140 went to make withdrawal gets rejected. Ask CSR they tell me the system showing I did not play any games, I ask them how my balance went up then? no response. I wait 1 day I put through withdrawal request gets rejected again. CSR tells me same but sends email to another department to get verify playthrough. 2 days later I put through withdrawal gets processed with no issue.

So keep trying and hopefully you will get through. I have withdrawn multiple times from the room so they are not a scam just some of their staff are incompetent/idiots.
