Betonline....To Bet or not to Bet???

I'm really disappointed with Betonline. I placed in the $3000 Happy Hour the Monday before last and have an email from them congratulating me and saying that I would recieve my share of the $3000 in casino chips and could play them over the weekend. Well I did not get anything, despite sitting on the phone for ages, on live chat for even longer, being pushed from one person to another, and sending off several emails too, none of which were answered. Truly, I will NEVER EVER put another penny into this company...they have absolutely no respect for their patrons
Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this? Would love to hear from you!!

It's casino chips. This is where you're going to draw the line? How about freeroll winnings not showing up as withdrawable funds?

Did that happen to you? and by the way, I'm not drawing any line. A prize is a prize, not so?

Betonline is a good honest room.
I always use their live chat when I need help and I always get a response from them.
I deposit, play and withdraw without any major issues.
From my experience once they send you the email the free chip is in your account.
Here are the info and TOS of this promotion.
Note the chip is for live casino not regular casino
From the first line from your first post that says "Monday after last" point 8 could be the issue

YES! i just wrote the exact same..NO RESPECT.Ive sent many emails and feedback forms and here on CardsChat about 2 issues that shouldve been dealt with immediately....no response whatsoever .no compensation,no explaination,not even an apology,they want to ignore and disrespect new depositors,the should get out of the poker game...IGNORANT ...ive deleted some of this but will leave it at this for now as it is an honest and true account of where im at and how i feel about the issues thus far.

Sometimes it is who you meet on customer service.
I once spoke to a rep from there to put it nicely he/she was idiot. Next day spoke to some else on same matter and they sorted me out with no hassle.
Link me the issues I will see if I can help or at least provide some guidance.

No ive pretty much given up on them now srry to say..too many hours wasted already,ive deposited once and played one tourney of good value which was cut off once i reached itm for maintainence giving most itm players a link to reset password which myself and others tried desperately to follow instructions...considering it took almost all my only deposit it shouldnt be hard for them to see but now they want me to locate tournament number on their history App which only does one day at a time and is slow loading,so srry joeisi i totally respect your opinion and dont doubt it,but for me ive gotta take my time and my once a week deposits elsewhere.Really enjoyrd playing there too.its like one size doesnt fit all and the only one that fitted me was ACR and look where they are at coincidentally after my milestone win there...the only place i ever felt like i had a fair run and look at them now...omg gl at the tables all haha :) just gotta keep smiling and get a laugh in where possible.

I've only had good experiences on betonline. Any time any issues came up live chat quickly resolved them for me.
