I play on all 3, or should say have at some point played on all 3. They each have good points as in "at least you can play poker". All 3 have bad points as in "be sure you really really want to play poker bad enough so that the good outweighs the bad."
Ignition. Mtts few and far between and options kinda stink. Cash games very small player base at times except weekend nights. Anonymous, no names only numbers. Can no longer pick tables which they say helps end collusion with anonymous players......but it looks like when you pick your playstyle ie "hold em .5 / .10 6 max" at appears that the next 4 people will all hit the same table if they sit at the same time and no one gets up at that time from another table...which would still allow collusion by a multi account holder if they time it right. I found it really weird when I sat at a table a few weeks ago and 3 players joined at the same time with $8 each instead of $5 or $10. Its as though they use the odd starting amount to identify if their accounts are at the same table or not.
Betonline. Had a pile of
freerolls which made the weak software and constantly glitches bareable. They no longer have those and the point system or reward system they have now just makes no sense to me and has left me with no desire to even log into the site. I played some .02 / .05 there for fun when the freerolls were there. Now ive been so turned off I dont play anything at all.
Americas Card Room. Loved it loved it loved it at first. Software decent. Glitches minimal. Great player base. Nice first deposit bonus. Always freerolls going on. Plenty of players at cash tables and lots of mtts to choose from. The bad? Good luck trying to make sense of how being ahead will seem like barely more than a coin flip no matter how far ahead you are. Ive started to use the word variance when AK wins vs AQ more than it loses instead of the other way around. Currently accusations of collusion, botting, and possibly worse from what many people consider to be a credible source.
Just one guys take. I still play on acr but freerolls only until I see which way the cheating scandal goes or doesnt go. I still play ignition micro cash games maybe once every 2 weeks for reasons I dont know. I personally wont deposit there ever again though. Betonline has lost my interest all together.
Its tough on us U.S folks not in the
gambling states unfortunately. Pick your poison but dont go to deep until you have tested the waters would be my suggestion.
