I have never heard of Rounders Casino site, so cannot comment on them, but I hear this type of complaint for so many other sites, and my immediate reaction is Why?
If you deposit cash on any site then expect to lose it, That is what their business is, taking your money.
If you are not sure of any site then depositing cash with them is the last thing I would do, I stay well away from sites that I have not heard of, and will try the free-rolls on offer but if I suspect any wrong doing on their part, I am GONE!
Too many players think they can become rich playing Poker, but the reality is very few do, It takes Time and Study, Lots of Study to become good at Poker. and if you are not prepared to put the hours of work into it, then forget it!

I have played and do play there, my only issue is the small number of players. If you start a account, you are going to verify your account with your DL and a bill for proof of residence. I think thats the main thing people do not understand, they just assumed they were robbed without actually chatting with support and getting a explanation. Other than that the only issues I have heard about is you have a max of like $800 a week you can withdraw, and that should not be a issue as they have not grown enough to have many tourneys that pay that much. Other than that, seems like a legit site, they give away tons of free tickets through twitch and twitter so people can at least try the site before committing money of their own. I honestly do check reviews before I sign up for a site, but every review for every site is the same. People getting robbed or cheated. So I like to actually check it out for myself with either small deposit or by winning entries into tourneys. Its Gambleing, and they cant make money if they cheat people out of it, so I would say 99% of people who say they are cheated are not so honest.

Big problems at Rounder Casino
So where do I start? First we get a post in Discord that the site has no money to pay people and that deposits and withdrawals are going to be put on hold... then we find out that it's only the withdrawals that are on hold, the owner actually is still taking deposits. Everyone is told that it is "First Come, First Served" for cashouts, and some people have been waiting since the end of June, but the owner comes in and cancels all the withdraw requests so now it's no longer First Come, First Served. In the middle of it all, he opens up a Casino, which starts charging people $150 per spin instead of $1.50 per spin and pays SOME of the players back their money, but not all of the players back their money. In the meantime, the Tournament Director and one of the Support Team steps down because of which in my opinion they actually have integrity and obviously don't want to be a part of what is going on here, which is getting more crazy by the day. The streamers, one by one start leaving because he stops paying them all, tells them that they need to start paying all the incentives to the players that he has been paying (ie: leaderboards, tickets, giveaways, etc), takes away the rented cash tables, and don't forget the players are basically playing for play money so they won't depositing anymore and as their bankrolls deplete they aren't playing anymore. No one is playing cash tables, the tournaments aren't running like they were. The GTDs are taken away from the tournaments, and many tournaments are taken down. Yet, the affiliate streamers are expected to make money to support the incentives that were given AND be the forward face that has to answer all of the unanswered questions in the streams that the owner doesn't want to answer himself? So....6 streamers have left the site. And guess what happens when people ask the hard questions of the owner in the discord that he doesn't want to answer? He ignores them OR he bans them. And what does he write in his discord? I quote "Not that it matters too much to the players but I feel it is worth mentioning: I have not personally been paid by Rounder Casino since July 31, 2020."
This is what he is worried about. And tell me, why would someone ban someone unless they have something to hide? How very sad to see such a promising site go down so fast. Let's just hope that things turn around and the players finally see some of their money hit their pockets some day.

Yup that is a mess, I was listening to one of the streamers explain why they left and it had to do with they could not cash out and found out Rounder had only $500 in BTC left which they took but was still left with over 3k on the site. Basically any money anyone has left there is nothing more than play money the way I see it. I did hear hear owner of the site is talking with other online poker sites about buying it out, but I cant imagine anyone wanting it. The fact he is still promoting the site, and taking deposits is a little crazy to me, he has already proven to be untrustworthy.

just a heads up, as of July 2021 Rounder is broke, they dont have enough funds to do cash outs and are only doing any if people deposit enough for them to cover the cashouts. Thier Bandits are leaving the site as they are basically working for free now as any funds they have been given cannot be withdrawn. Basically any money on the site is nothing more than play money that can only be played, not withdrawn.

Same situation. They claimed I needed to a 'play through' requirement. They claim that, to avoid money laundering, I have to place (and play) at least my deposit in bets before I can withdraw it. (Yes, I am the smallest drug cartel on the planet, laundering $100 SMFH....) But the kicker, no action. It would take me a year trying to play $3 tourneys IF they $3 tourneys would ever fill up. No cash games, nothing. Hell, I saw the same 26 people sitting at a 45 player multi table sit and go for 48 hours. They games just dont fill up.

I had a bad experience with BetOnline. I deposited 500 dollars, and now they act as if they never received it. And I do have proof of my bank! Each time I ask them when the money will be put in my account they say......it is under review....
One person of customer service was honest and said that the money is in the system, but unfortunately nothing has happened so far.
In case they do put the money on my account over there I will let you know. If they do not I have no clue how to get the money back.

I just had another successful cash out this time for 1500
It took them about 3 days to put it in my bitcoin account.
Note: you can only cash out a maximum of 3000 a month which means if you win 10 grand you can't cash it out in one month.
I have another 900 to go and I will have to play somewhere else.
