I just sent juicy stakes a email explaining my confusion, so I will post it here maybe somebody can explain it to me in a way I will understand. Keep in mind I do not use bit coin and I take no depositors bonus. Here is the email just sent.
Can someone review my account and assist me? My last deposit was for 60.00 at one point I had that up to over 300 then I found out about this roll over your deposit rule and got mad and lost like over 200 on your roulette because I figured why not I am not going to ever see my money anyways! Ok so I am not understanding this roll over your deposit rule, so I have played for some time now after my last deposit but now I am down to 3 dollars so if I re-deposit say 100 do I then have to start all over and have to roll over the new deposit? and my previous play does not count? how is a player suppose to track this? I mean lets say I do deposit 100 then play in a poker turney and manage to win 4-5 hundred or more then I request a cash out for 300 it would be denied or? I do not grind out endlessly in your cash rooms I play mostly micro stakes and turneys so what is a player like me to do? Can you understand from my point of view? So did my losing the money on your roulette help me in terms of rollover? How much and how long does one have to play in cash rooms? Do you see the issue here? I am speaking for the player or players who are like me and play just some cash games but mostly prefer turneys, If I did manage to build my bankroll up through turney wins and did not play much in the cash games or not enough then I am SOL correct? Or please correct me? What if I did win money in the casino is there rules on that too? Imagine a persons reaction if they walked into a casino won 300 bucks in roulette then went to cash out and was told sorry but you need to go play cash poker so we can make rake before we will cash you out!
