Any worthwhile freerolls on ACR?

I am playing most my poker at 888 due to the high number of current freerolls (private and 888 sponsored), although I also have accounts at Pokerstars and ACR. I did a thread "Any worthwhile freerolls on Pokerstars?" as I could not find anything on Pokerstars since I started playing again in March. It seems the consensus was the same from others that there are no real freerolls or promotions for beginners at Pokerstars right now. The only thing right now is the daily CC freerolls for FRC members.

So I thought I would ask the same about ACR.

These are the obvious freerolls I see:
ON DEMAND - I do not think these $50 freerolls are worth 4+ hours which are also not so easy to get ITM.
CASINOORG - I recently played this on ACR , and I got into ITM like on pokerstars but in about 1.5 hours and with much better odds to get ITM -vs- 4+ hours for Pokerstars Casinoorg Freeroll.
JACKPOT - I also saw lots of these Freerolls regularly.
CC - Of course these freerolls for FRC members are the best (should be back in the club sometime next month)

Are there any freerolls or beginner/low level promotions worthwhile on ACR that I am missing other than these four obvious freerolls?
Maybe some sponsored freerolls from a twitch channel or something????

Serbianbeauty - you are right concerning free rolls, little available on PokerStars (but for private CC ones). The Casino Org free rolls have huge fields, are wild and therefore take a while to complete. Not worth the investment of time.

Regarding ACR, I think you have nailed the present selection...but they did also feature Venom freerolls all through this weekend where tickets could be won to play the next phase (however the Venom free rolls play intermittently).

Regarding the Casino Org free roll, agree with you, much better on ACR, smaller field and plays fast. I actually think these are the best on the site.

Disagree a little with the Freeroll On Demand however. I cashed several of the $10 ones then they increased to $50 with a much broader payout structure and I have continued to cash on a daily basis ever since.

I understand what you are saying regarding length of time to make a small cash, but I play them in a similar manner to how a few other posters have described. As I am at my computer regardless, I enter them and simply have them playing in the background. The initial phases are madcap so I just play premiums or fold. I only pay serious attention at two points. Obviously when nearing the money then when nearing the top 100 or so left.

As noted, as I am at my computer anyway, it just feels like a wonderful little bonus, a pick me up ACR is providing through the day. In that sense, it never feels like a grind and has made me grow more and more appreciative of ACR.

Good luck for your return to the FR Club.

I also personally like the Casino Org ones the most. Recently had quite great success finishing high in the last few I played and I like the overall feel of the field, blinds structure, number of people who get paid, etc. I think the biggest reason why they are the best is because they only have 20 minutes worth of late registration, meaning a more manageable size where it doesn't take as long to finish a tournament.

BIGAUS - agreed.

The size of the Casino Org FRs field on ACR has grown a little of late to around 400 but the play is quick and breezy. On Pokerstars it's a marathon against several thousand. I played it until I cashed once then never again - got the notch on the belt and then was done!

I completely understand this. If I was at my computer regardless, it makes complete sense to play something in the background rather than nothing. If you win great, if not - you were there anyway. Probably passes the day more quickly as well......... :)

I was just hoping there were some tournaments that maybe I over looked somehow.......like some "private/password" type freerolls from twitch channels or by joining specific twitter/FB/discord/etc pages or forums. They are generally once or twice a week tournaments, like at 888poker.

Disagree a little with the Freeroll On Demand however. I cashed several of the $10 ones then they increased to $50 with a much broader payout structure and I have continued to cash on a daily basis ever since.

My research abou freerolls showed that illegal sites or new companies have more value in them in order to be more attractive like High Stakes.

Serbianbeauty,

I understand - its not convenient for one and all!

There are a few other odds and sods such as On Tilt Radio FRs (on the ACR site it appears as OTR free roll) but that takes listening to a radio show to receive the password I believe...which is not quite as convenient an entry as I would like.

Check out the private tournament tab and sort by buy in. Most of the freeroll passwords only require registration and logging in to view. Some do not distribute passwords until 1 or 2 hours before the tournament via chat or email.

Yes, I did that recently. Are there any specific tournaments in the "private" tab that you are enjoying or finding worthwhile? :)

I just wanted to agree on this one as I played it for second time yesterday. It was later this time which was too late for Belgrade time, so I may not do it again as I finished around 4:30am..........but got to $1.15 (#8 of 400 players) :D

The CasinoOrg and OTR ones have the best structures.THR is usually pretty good although the way the blinds increase the whole final table is push or fold because stacks are so shallow. But they usually put some bounties into the mix so there are chances to make additional money there. Flophouse looks to be pretty good as well although I haven't played in that one yet.

Yes, this American room has many decent freerolls. Especially this ontildradio cardschat. In general, I think to leave all other rooms and play only on Americancardroom.

ACR had some decent private freerolls for SpookyExpress. They had 1k guaranteed every month but I'm not sure if they still host those or not.

The homegames that appear in the private tab, you can often win the entry on twitch in the transmission of the acr stream team members, they are daily in the morning and at night and I assure you that by trying you will win the entrance of some home game:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:

Most of the freerolls are freezeouts such as ACR stock games, CC, CasinoOrg. Private games with R/A are Jackpot, OTR, THR & Twitch. In the case of Twitch, the payout is set to 3 places and the R/A are $2/$4.

ACR is also running the MoneyMaker series which is a 1 cent buyin and you can get entries into the final by getting into the top 30 on the leaderboard each week. Final of 360 players is in July.

Last time you hit a final table in the THR freebuy was June last year. Haven't seen you in a while! Come on back!

OTR runs a few freebuys and their 1 center during the week. They have the 5-seats for the 25K and 1-seat for the 50K daily as well. All of them have small R/A fees and are usually pretty easy to cash in.

Twitch has some bounties as well (depending on which player it is). As for THR, these can run anywhere from $2 to insane amounts of $20 or $25 on any given night. The $$ are provided by the members, and they are quite generous.

Yeah OTR is cool, Jackpot freeroll as well, but always be sure to have a few bucks in your account, rebuys are crazy

Yep, the rebuy action on Jackpot is crazy, but not worth it going into the last half hour of its 2-hr late reg. If you make it that far, the addon is only 20 cents and well worth it.

ACR had some decent private freerolls for SpookyExpress. They had 1k guaranteed every month but I'm not sure if they still host those or not.

Spooky is still there. They have a $1000 on 5/22 and a $500 on 5/29.
