I won a couple of bucks in the ACR, 8,000 guaranteed prize pool for $2.20. They never did credit my account with the money. I wrote their customer service at the email they provided in their contact info and so far have not received a reply or the money in my account. Is this normal for them? I have not made a deposit, I used $ I won in their daily free rolls to enter the noon special but if they are not going to actually credit my account, I do not really see the point. It was only a few dollars but they did subtract the $2.20 from my account. I am trying to build up a few bucks to enter the bigger tournaments but this will not help if they are not going to pay me It is a good deal for the buy in price but you have to survive 30 levels of maniac poker before the late registration and rebuy period ends. Is it possible they do not want to pay the free rollers like me? Do they actually have customer service or are they all sick? Anybody else have this problem?
