Does anyone know if it is ok to play at ACR in the UK?

I signed up for ACR when it first started and have about 10 bucks won from free rolls. For a while I was locked out after a change in software and never really bothered. Now I have started playing again with this group. But I have noticed in the My account settings I am down as being from USA, and the personal details fields are empty, so no address or any other personal details are recorded.

There is an edit button but pressing that does nothing. There is nowhere to change details or upload ID. Same on the website.

It occurs to me that this is not the way UK regulated operators work and it all seems a bit suspicious. So are ACR regulated to operate for UK customers, or have I slipped through the net? And if I have, can I get the money out (which was won before UK gambling regulations were tightened)?

Probably best to contact their customer service and ask? They have a .eu site, but of course UK is no longer a member of the EU

Even while we were a member of the EU we have our own regulations since a few years ago. A lot of the sites I used to play at closed to UK players and I was offered the opportunity to cash out what I had or in some cases it was transferred to a UK affiliated site, sometimes a casino. In the case of ACR I joined before the UK legislation came in. There was never any communication about them not being available to UK players. But since the software change they have my location as USA.

I was just wanting to know if any UK members here play ACR and whether they are able to deposit and withdraw.
