I have been playing poker at America’s Cardroom for a while now. So when I noticed a player simultaneously playing 20 or more tables NLH, I tried contacting their customer support and bring to their attention about this certain player which was obviously a poker bot. Who can play 8 hours everyday playing 20 tables? Customer support wrote ne back they will try to investigate. But you know what happened? I could no longer play at their website because I can’t make a deposit through credit cards (I tried 3) and even tried Bitcoin.
Is this their way of telling me that this poker bot is in the house?

When pokerstars still allowed it, you saw many grinders playing 15-20 cash tables at the same time. Nathan Villiams AKA Blackrain79 used to do it. He is now mostly a poker instructor. Randy Lew AKA Nanonoko also used to do it. He is now working for ACR security as I understand it. Someone playing 20 tables COULD be a bot, but playing 20 tables is definitely not evidence in itself.

I have tried using three good credit cards, and tried Bitcoin (I have a wallet)
I still think playing 20 tables for 8-10 hours a day is physically impossible.

Sounds more like sour grapes to me. Did he take your money?

With hotkeys, it is easy to play 20 tables. Just because he has the focus to do it and you don't doesn't mean he is a bot.

I love the american cardroom a lot because it has a lot of good and nice tournaments for all tastes, and the most interesting for those who want to build their bankroll has a lot of freeroll tournaments that generate a lot of engagement.

I disagree ..playing that many tables is VERY TELLING as to whats going on...THINK ABOUT IT EVERYDAY 20 tables ..UH...NO

Playing that many tables IS BULLXXXX...NO WAY

Nice reply! Comments like this reassure me I am on the right site (ACR) to play right now. I haven't experienced someone playing 20 tables, but I do see regulars that play. Just remember if you do feel something fishy, then go ahead and find a different table. You don't have to set yourself up for failure. There are great players out there that can play a bunch of tables and have no problems crunching hands. ACR rocks in my book!

It was pretty cool I had a few satty tickets built up, but couldnt find any games for the tickets, so they just converted my tickets into tourney dollars. Thought that was pretty cool a lot of other sites would just rather see your tickets expire unused.

But how can u find it may be the doubt of ACR.

Those something doubt able exist, means something wrong.

Thanks for all your comments but I believe my suspicions were correct. I no longer see the ‘bot’ on ACR since my complaint. I know they never divulge the outcome of their investigation but it’s obvious they booted him out. Either that or he just dropped dead.
I still maintain playing 20 tables a day for 8-10 hours is like playing blitkrieg chess against 20 opponents for 10 hours. I still don’t buy your hotkeys but I’d like to witness someone do it for 10 hours.
