Question is a little vague but if you are asking whether or not you can purchase a seat directly into the Venom, the answer is yes. For the low, low price of $2500+.

if you register for a game and want to unregister you get your ticket back. Otherwise no you cant sell your ticket. Your only hope to get cash out of it is to win some in venom main or finish on the bubble in any of the steps!!

The only ticket that you can sell is the last one, IF you have more than one, it costs $2650 if i´m not mistake.

Yep correct, the first ticket you have to play but subsequent ones you can sell.

Yep, as ucm has stated you can buy direct in but this is an extremely expensive one to buy direct into but seems to be geared to satellite and freeroll into.
