ACR - Urgent Ticket Question

Hi,
I just won a $2500+$150 tournament ticket for the Hi5 #34. I dont want to play this tournament and instead I want to use the ticket for The Venom PKO. But it doesn't let me register to it with this ticket.
The only tournament I cant register with this ticket is Hi5 #34.
Can you advise if support can convert the ticket so I can use it for the Venom PKO ?
I dont have much time now as tournament starts now.

You can try the thread below. As far as I know there is an ACR official monitoring this thread, whether they will see in time, I don't know.
