on ggpoker streamings, we can see everyone's cards during the game. I know they have delay but is that normal that they can see everyone's cards? Can they see our cards too?

During a normal Twitch stream, for example if you look at Kevin Martin's stream, the viewer's can only see Kevin's hands (with a deley) but not anyone else's. That is how it works on all platforms. If you have seem a some stream where everyone's cards have been visible then it must have been a replay probably of some bigger game.
