888poker torunament prize delays

Hi all,

I just won an $11 tournament ticket on 888poker but can't find it in my account. Does anybody know if there is normally a delay on these kinds of things?

I won a $5 ticket recently and as far as I recall that appeared immediately, so not sure what the difference is...

If you won a ticket in a satellite, it should be in yuor account right away. If it was by spinning a wheel or something similar, there might be a delay of a few days.
