I downloaded 888 poker software on my Mac a few months ago, the first installation went fine.
One day it said an update was necessary, it took hours to reinstall. Once installed my login details/password reset wouldn't work for 24 hrs+. After many emails, someone at 888 reset my password from their side.
That was a few weeks ago, but 888 needs an update again, I've spent the last 2 hours trying:
*I uninstalled 888 Poker App, including installer etc.
*I emptied Trash
*I downloaded 888 again, I received the same message "This version of 888 is no longer supported. To keep playing, please download the latest version."
*I uninstall again, empty trash again.
Now I can't even load the download/installer for 888. I've clicked the Download button numerous times, pop-ups are enabled. Nothing comes up. I've tried different browsers. My Mac is fully updated. I've tried all the routes I can find on 888 help sections.
I'm not very good with technology! Can anyone help please? Have you had to reinstall 888 today?
It's the site I've been playing at most, I enjoy the games but I seem to have so many issues on 888. pokerstars updated without any problems on the same MacBook.
I'll send an e-mail over to 888 customer support now but thought I'd ask here first. Thank you so much CardsChat!
