Hello,

anyone else have this problem if so how did you solve it.

A couple of years ago 888 got an email or message supposedly from me that I wanted to be self-excluded, unless I was stupid drunk, sent it, deleted it in my outbox and then didn't remember sending it, it wasn't me and never happened. I tried to tell them over and over I didn't request it, same reply over and over, sorry you've self-excluded we can't help.

I tried again yesterday, opened a new account and got in a played, love the free tickets and bonuses on the site. Today I try to log in, again sorry your account is locked, I email and here we are back to, "sorry you've self-excluded" omg, another email barrage and the same answer over and over. So bloody frustrating.:mad:

When you signed up, you surely told them your email? So if it was not send by you, then it was done by someone, who gained access to your email account. I dont think, there is any solution to this other than find a different site to play on and then protect your email account better in the future.

opening a new account is never good under these circumstances. you have to discuss with the support and if they decide that you are still self excluded then there is no way for you to play on that site. fortunately if 888 is available in your place then there are many other options for you to play :)
