Hello everyone,

I would like to share my experience with you.

it's been a week since they deactivated my account following a withdrawal request, when I try to connect I have a message which informs me that my account is temporarily desactivated and that I must click here to send the documents to verify my account.

My account at 888, I checked it at least 4 times.

When you get to a withdrawal number, they start using these excuses ( document verification…).

I sent the documents in very good quality but I have no answer. The live chat customer support sucks ( it already starts at noon ).

When you talk to an agent, it's like talking to a robot, they are trained on polite phrases and copy paste pre-defined answers ( but not to solve problems ).

Their answer: the documents are being checked, you will receive an email at the end of this process.

It's been 6 days now that the documents are being checked 😃

Be careful, if you have a bankroll on 888 Poker and you come across such a problem, you risk losing it or at least you will have an answer when they decide to answer you ( no delay and no competent agent for the followed ).

With me they were very attentive and resolved. Be patient and if everything is ok they will solve it.

Hi, you're not the only one, I won $888, $1,300 and couldn't withdraw. Probably because I'm from Russia, and it's banned here.

You are not the only one who suffers with 888poker, my account has also been suspended The reason is financial transfers from player to player and suspicious playing patterns I was asked to prove my identity again and with documents other than the one I sent before Waiting for my passport to be renewed to prove my identity
My account is still suspended

if it's a simple request, yes any customer service can solve it.

But when they want to complicate things, they have the means to do so.

The account is already verified, why they ask to re-verify it again? they fail to retain documents on client files ?

These are excuses to complicate life.

Why don't they do these procedures when a customer deposits the money ?

There is a lot of fraud in the internet, you may have played against a hacked account or against account who deposited money using stolen credit card. During investigation time they will ask to confirm identities of all players involved in transactions with stolen money. Or maybe there was some suspicious activity with your account.

Good afternoon.If you want to withdraw all or part of your winnings ,your account must be verified.In my case, after sending the documents required, I just had to wait a few days until everything was ok.As another member said before,in this case you have to be patient .I hope you can withdraw the money very soon.

I have been playing on this site for over 5 years and I have never had any problems with withdrawals, although I withdraw regularly, about once a month. I believe that this is one of the most reliable poker sites. I hope your problems will be solved.

I've been through that, it's the bad thing about 888Poker, it carries out a lot of investigations and blocking accounts, when one is going to withdraw or transfer money to another player, I've had the bad luck of losing an account and I could never recover it, and in my case also everything was legal. It is very annoying what is happening to you.

All my winnings come from freerolls, i don't deposit and the only deposit i've used is skrill
Maybe that's the problem, when you've never deposited, you can't verify your account. You must have made a deposit with the payment method you want to withdrw with

6 days is nothing, verification can take a lot longer depending on the site. Its a bit silly that you start this thread after such short time. Just be a bit patient and dont bother them with more emails before they answer.

If your documents are correct and everything else is ok too you will get your money sooner or later 🙂 best is always to verify your account beforehand to avoid such problems.

Maybe that's the problem, when you've never deposited, you can't verify your account. You must have made a deposit with the payment method you want to withdrw with
Also in this case that deposit must have done in the last 365 days ... Experienced that some months ago when trying to withdraw to skrill ... Guess i'd be safe now for another 9+ months lol ...

I don’t know what is the reason for your problems with 888Poker. I have verified the documents once and over the past year and a half I have been withdrawing very often small amounts without any problems.
