I live in the US and live in Texas. Want to play on 888 Poker for real money but I can not since I don't live in New Jersey. Is there any possible way in getting around that with out moving to New Jersey? Any ideas?

There is no other way than moving to a state or country, where they offer their services. Or play on the unregulated sites, that offer their services in most places, like ACR, Betonline, ignition/Bovada etc.
