Hi,

Has anyone found that their freeroll winnings are being credited to their casino or sports accounts instead of poker account on 888? Its so annoying as I'm trying to build a bankroll and the cash is inaccessible from there.

I don't play sports or casino so the winnings are useless! Thanks for any input.

Whether or not you have noticed but 888 also has 2 freerolls in which prizes are credited as casino free play and/or sports bonus etc so you probably have played these tournaments as it seems ...

They are the New App freerolls I've been playing for weeks and that isn't mentioned in the info or summary. Money always went to poker account before. Must be a new thing they've done to spoil it. I've queried it with them for all the good it will do!

The Winner Spinner freerolls give you bonuses for 888casino and 888sport but all the other New App freerolls, with the exception of the New App BLAST freerolls, give you cash that goes straight to your 888 balance.

This must be a very bizarre technical issue so contacting customer support would be a good idea. Weird things happen sometimes. Last week, I was playing slots on 888casino and the club points weren't being calculated correctly but it got fixed after I reached out to customer support.

Most go straight to your poker account balance , directly , so no need to worry about it . A very small of the winnings might go to casino or sportsbetting bonusses , clearing these bonuses is not so easy , especially for the sportbetting part if you don't like to bet on sports , but the casino bonuses are very gfnny , cause you might wnt to bet a small part of the poker winnings on specific slots , to see if you win sth more , or else try to generate rake so as to go up easier to the next 888poker club level . If you have no money in your account , the bonus money can be used , then use them directly and aggressively in high odds the sports bets bonuses , so as if you win to win sa lot and bet them again , clear the bonus and keep the rest of the winnings. If you do not like them at all or you do not play at all sportsbetting and casino , leave them to expire , after 1-2 months this will happen .

Thank you Prince Jigger, I knew it must be wrong and you've confirmed it for me as I was definitely only playing New App freerolls!


I have emailed them but heard nothing yet. I guess the do the 72 hr response thing.

Thanks for your input but I am worried about it as none of it is going in my poker account! It is definitely a mistake!! Also, I am not interested in sports or casino and anyway it is nowhere near enough to be useable there but good for micro tournies and building poker bankroll which is what I'm trying to do.

I accumulated $ 1.25 but if I could transform it into real money, I just entered the casino and without playing they credited me that bonus and I will give away 3 tickets, but I don't really know how it happened but if there was an increase in my balance and I gave the 0.20 cent roulette wheel
