I would save them until you reach 1000 gold coins. Then you can cash them in for $10 cash, the cash is withdrawable and has no restrictions or playthrough requirements. The $1 bonus you are considering comes with a cashout restriction, but if you are just looking to play some games then it's a good option too!

I keep them as a reserve. If i don't have enough money to play, i use them for $1 USD bonus and play with that money.

I would save them until you have enough for $10 cash, second best option is getting tournament tickets. If you win anything with them the entire amount won is cash.
Say you get a $1 ticket and use it for a BLAST game and get a $3 spin and win it, you get $3 cash. A good deal since you get to keep the buy in from the ticket as part of the winnings, which I don't think the free sports bet does.

I just got the 10$ immediate cash bonus after saving up gold coins for awhile, the bonus went into my account, but after closer observation, I noticed it was attached to a $350 wager requirement on casino games before they will allow you to withdraw it.
And the requirement, can ONLY be fulfilled, with Casino games.
You can't even fill up a rake meter or something semi-reasonable (even that wouldn't be reasonable but it would be better).
