888 glitching or having problems right now?

I was getting ready to do the hand of the day challenge when all of a sudden by bankroll went to $0 and my account page went blank.

I saw the $200 freeroll was suddenly cancelled and the number of players on SNAP tables dropped to 1 or 0.
As I was typing up an email to 888 support my bankroll was suddenly restored and a small number of people were on the SNAP tables, but still only 10 on the $0.02/$0.05 and I can't get on to the tables to do the challenge...

Yep, I have zero in my account too. Weird. I tried to check my cashier history, but can't log in.

Hi mate.I had the same experience some minutes ago.When I saw $0 in my account I said WHAT?.I logged out because I thought there was something wrong(once again) with the server.Fortunately, I read your post and tried again and yes my money appears.I was about to send an e mail but now everything seems to be ok but as you mentioned there are just a few people playing.That said,I´ll wait a little bit more before playing.Your post has been really helpful,I thought my money had gone lol.

Are you still showing $0? For me my bankroll was restored after 20 very nervous minutes and I quickly grabbed a screen shot just in case it happens again. I still can't get seated for any cash tables (I see the $.05 SNAP table is down to 3 players now) and I just tried to register for a random tourney and couldn't.

I see a lot of cancelled tourneys in the near future on 888.

It looks like I just got my balance back too. It was scary, I thought my account was hacked.

Yeah 888 is having glitch issues. Hopefully it will be fixed as soon as possible.

That error was due to 888 Server side which was unable to output our personal info. Now, It is good.

I had approached 888 Live chat for the issue but there was a new recruitee who made my time miserable.

LOL sorry I had to laugh here. I'm sure that everyone who has contacted customer support at one time or another can relate to this. These days I evaluate them in the first few seconds.. & can usually see if it's going to go nowhere. I tell them all is okay... and then call back to get a different employee.

still haveing problems downloading the new updates...seems to be a serious problem.
