In Las Vegas, the Venetian and Orleans poker rooms are remaining open but with a few changes due to the coronavirus outbreak across the USA.

Given the current state of the coronavirus across the USA, would you go to the poker room?

I just read that all MGM properties will be shutting down effective March 17. I think this is a good example and all casinos should shut down.

They cancelled hockey, they cancelled Concerts, they can certainly afford to shut down a casino for a few weeks.

People need to stay home. There is way too much optimism about the situation. Hell, my neighbors had a party two days ago... Seriously? There are confirmed cases in my county. Stop being social people!

As for me. I'm pretty much a hermit anyway...

The Orleans tweet doesn't appear to state that all poker has been suspended, yet. But, I would bet it will suspend.
