Very good news for players who play at these levels.
It's what you need poker, a poker room that this pace of welcome PokerStars, but now pokerstars is still well above other poker rooms, you just need to see the number of players connected simultaneously, pokerstars dominates full.
Partypoker made a tournament 20M, do not understand why not improve your sofware, to be on par with PokerStars, some say that's not important, but I think if most recreational players prefer to play at pokerstars.
It's like going to an amusement park, and you have two options, one is beautiful, modern, and many games to choose from , and the other is more dated, few games, etc., which you would enter ?.

i was already inticed lol, doesnt make it much easier...i think stars is going to fold and go under, and it seems to me theyre doing it to themselves on purpose, every upgrade is a downgrade, every imaginable freeroll ,freebie,or giving back to loyal depositors and punters/players is being deminished to the point where you need a microscope to find anything...and its so blatant...so often they insult all of us...theyve even introduced the ol 1 free scratchy ticket just so they can claim to be giving more winning tickets lol stars has been beyond a joke for a long time now and the nicest ive been to them is here on CardsChat,i wouldnt dare use the language here that i throw at them regularly,i hope everyone goes to partypoker and gives them a well deserved chance to sit at the top ,with the biggest turnover im sure they would go above and beyond to look after the players.

Sunday Million's new buy-in is great news . Now players with smaller bankroll can play the Sunday Million and try their luck for very big payouts awarded at the FT .Also , the buy-in for the satellites tournaments and sngs will be much lower , so more recreational players can play them and chase their big dream .

This is the result of the competition that Pokerstars has with its rival , Partypoker , to determine the best online poker provider , and attract as many (new or regular) players as possible . I think this battle will carry on for a long time , meaning we have many new things to see from both poker giants , which will benefit the great masses of players .

I understand why some don't like pokerstars and I agree they should do more for the loyal customers as in the occasional reload bonus but lowering the price of their biggest weekly tournament by almost half is great.
This is likely to attract new players and increase traffic in general.
yay, more fish.:):D

finally, they have at least done something and breathed new life into their room, but still party poker will be ahead in this regard because there are so many people at pokerstars and it will be very hard to get through, and I think PokerStars will not go away to its negative. and the chances of a simple player will be ghostly!

I think for most people, low buy ins with a chance at a high prize is very attractive.

That is if you have the patience to play long games with a possible higher payout :)

Really hoping for partypoker to take over, this is just another increase in rake for sunday major but they just cut down entry fee but rake gets bigger, if you enter 2 times in this(its a reentry tourney), you pay 18$ rake and in regular sunday milly you would pay 15$ rake, and field wont really get softer this just increases regs chances to have a deeper run with a reentry feature, so not really good for recreationals

Partypoker is much better, the only thing that PS is better is in the traffic of players. But, years and years in publicity they made your job

Stars software is far superior aswell honestly, pp software needs lots of work to be even close to stars, which is why most people still prefer stars, but in every other way party is better, way better rakeback, NO rake on bounties in bounty tournaments, which is huge if you run deep bounties start getting way bigger, softer fields then stars, great promotions and challenges to get real money from and so much more, while all stars offers are some shitty gambling casino bonuses if you deposit and chests that give pretty much nothing lol

Everyone has their own opinion on me vaprosa.Za reducing the entry fee is not a good idea because it will lower their standard of turnira. No on the other hand is well let more people can mechtayat.I as they say there will be more action on masite.Izvinyavam for his bad English.

I love PartyPoker, but what's keeping them back from becoming bigger isn't their million dollar tournaments, it's the fact that their minimum SNG buyin is $1 - 400% that of PokerStars' 25c regular speed tournaments and 5000% that of PokerStars' minimum SNG buyin. PP also offers close to no freerolls and their rewards scheme doesn't even reward you anything until you're generating $25 in rake minimum.

At the end of 2018, they began to hold expensive tournaments. I almost nearly won a $ 5,000 ticket. I was given a prize as the last player who left.

PokerStars can also increase the blind level to 30 minutes, and together with $109 buy-in January's tournaments will be over in April.:nurse:
I have 2 problems in big tourneysMTTs, at first I like longer blind levels, not turbo or hyper, and in second I don't like to play more than 5 hours. Getting older... 10 years ago had 24+ hours sessions, when had nothing more interesting or profitable to do.

I think it's very good news for players who hasn't big bankroll and can't afford to play big tourneys. As other said that Sunday Million have lowered they buy-ins so it's all good now

I still don’t see how the party is going to win. Outdated software along with the lack of enough freerolls. The parties have even removed these 1c qualifiers! Rakeback is nice, but more for regulars. For recreational players, they almost do nothing! There is 1 freeroll jackpot and then 1 in 3 days.

This is very good news. I hope there is a lot more coming. Pokerstars was at the top for far too long. They got greedy and competion is always a good thing.

Pokerstars treats its players very well and I understand them very much. This is great news for players who play at rooms such as Party Poker and Pokerstar. I also have these two poker rooms and I am very glad that these rooms offer very good tournaments and cash games. I always prefer multi-table tournaments and often play poker stars.
