Good to see that and will be nice to have that money back.

Not complaining if I get my money back but one thing I'm discouraged about is that we haven't heard anything regarding points in quite some time, I'm pretty sure those are just lost.

Yea, but ROW didn't deal with the DOJ, so I could very well see it just being strictly the balance on our accounts. Hoping not, but who knows until it happens.

Guess anything could happen, but I highly doubt the DOJ (or their claims processor) is going to deal with points. I think we're lucky to get 100% of our cash balances. pokerstars converted ROW players' points because they could, and it made good business sense to do so. DOJ doesn't have any such motivation -- in their eyes I expect points have no value, they're only interested in the cash.

Agree with the above. I would forget about points and be glad to get the money.

I'd be willing to bet all my points that the points aren't worth a dime at this point.

I'd be happy/thrilled/lucky to get back 100% of the cash balance.

Remember, the DoJ is not returning to you that which you have won at the tables, they are paying remission to crime victims. These points and medals and such that you earned are not going to be considered as damages in this matter.

Expect no compensation for them.
