If you could add $1000 a month to CardsChat events at PokerStars, what would you do?
Well, that's very easy and I'm glad you asked (because I was literally just about to PM you on this very topic), I would invest the funds into a series of games based around the principle of a new twitch/cardschat/PokerStars channel run by hardcore poker cardschatters for anyone with an interest in anything poker, freerolls, cardschat, PokerStars, vibing, tunage, fresh out of the bakery!
I'd happily front the channel as an irrepressibly-positive, whilst inexhaustibly curious, avenue for exploration of the poker dimensions.
To go where no amateur pokerist with everlong dreams of actualisation has ever been before!

Stick that in the corporate pipe and smoke it! Ithoughtwetoldyoutoshutthe****uprecords
(That's just a bit by the way, we don't really mean that. We love you at least as much as we hate you!)
THE END...?
~EDiT:- 'Course not! Didn't even get the chance the tell you it's Tr4cid yet!

If anyone needs clarification with regards to what might be implied by '
fresh out of the bakery'...
It means
Danishes. As in the
pastries.
And
coffee!
Work to be done.
Schemes...
Plans...

If it could only be, if you'd dated an Aquarius with me..!
All you young kids better run BETTER RUN faster than my
bullets! :thrasher:
About $200 a month would go into a kick-ass cardschat freeroll which would bear all the hallmarks of a regular cardschat freeroll but with added twitch awesomeness!
The other $800 would go towards production costs, writing killer material, Danishes, sourcing epic beats and hot talent. Lots of coffee, I'm not gonna lie, straight up fair-trade honest about the caffeine (it's a deal breaker)!
You know you need that hot cup of Joe though!

Ok, so.. It's
possible last night cardschat and PokerStars announced a pretty uber-exciting collaboration in celebration/honour of the Blowout Series..
Now, it's
furthermore possible that emotions were running high and in the revelry of the occasion there might've been some
things said, some fanciful and fantastic talk over a dirty martini or two which.. Err.. Aha.. Haha..
*ahem*
Anywayyy.... While we all might enjoy a
dash of light banter with our Angostura bitters, I think we'd all agree that in the cold light of day it's usually a good thing when... Err.. Calmer heads prevail.
:flute:
Hopefully none will begrudge the conditional offerings of
both sober and.. Umm...
Tipsy..? Suggestions as entry into the awesome competition? :albertein
Now, poker, cardschat and PokerStars are my life. It's difficult for me to admit that openly but the fact is I've
loved these three entities, wholeheartedly, for
years.
It's of course not
always been plain sailing (
is love ever?), but at the end of the day, for all the toys I've thrown outta the pram along the way, the love is true.
I sent Stars emails,
pages long, offering my services in any way possible, professing my love for poker and that I'll never give up on my goals.
I've always been waiting for Stars to look at me, I've known that they'd see someone who lives, eats, sleeps, breathes and dreams poker (
and Danishes). I feel like this is that moment. Just hope that they'll give me the shot.
People always talk about how poker needs characters, how poker doesn't have the characters it used to. How it's just become boring, mathy, timebanking. Where are the Scotties, the Devilfishes, the Chans, the Ungars?
I'll roll them all into one big fat one for you right now and light it up on twitch!
What'd I'd do with $1000 a month to put into cardschat community PokerStars games?
As
drunk me said, I'd run
a kick-ass cardschat PokerStars twitch channel. Unlike drunk me,
sober me would put
all $1000 into the channel and games for the cardschat community on PokerStars.
Because sometimes you're
just on another level, I'd let the community decide how that money is distributed and in what type of games on a month-to-month basis where everyone gets to poll and perhaps there could be a lucky marble race or two.
While I doubt anyone here would argue against me being 'a
character', it might seem that I'm turning on a dime.
I like to think that my open-mindedness and outspoken nature will be refreshing, encouraging and positive.
Plus I already think the world of Pyeface, GJ and could be the missing link between cardschat and Stars!
I promise you, it's me!
:itsme:
Merry Christmas everyone at cardschat and PokerStars, Big Love and success to you all! :icon_sant :icon_rend

In summary, merging all previous posts relevant to the
cardschat/Stars/twitch/freeroller-channel-concept entry represents the coming together of great things..
The Blowout Series, cardschat, PokerStars, twitch and my insatiable passion for poker!
These
final (
I promise) videos encapsulate my feelings and desire for this idea..
If I win,
this is the frenzied drive I'll apply to the tournament and to igniting the channel in such a way that it
burns fiercely...
If one of the
many other brilliant, creative, funny, smart and thoughtful entries win- I'll be just as happy as any other day on which I wake up with the ability to cardschat and PokerStar!
Big Love!
