After achieving the migration, and logging in, I saw that for now, it's a big disappointment so far:

-no Home Games

-usual freerolls like CC disappeared, not possible to play them now,

-very poor choices of tournaments

If PS wants to keep its quality here, will have to improve a loooooot.

That is a bit of a disappointment for sure. Keep checking pokerstars and if you happen to see any changes, please let us know.

Is this only for swiss players, or is he talking about Pokerstars that we see the rest of us?

The mobile version of PS.EU also bring me limited choices of tournaments, while on laptop or computer I can see and play all the games.
So there are several possibilities why you can't see them yet, it can be from an early organisation problem to 777cas. not let you to play free.
The easiest way to find out now to ask support about it, and please keep continue to write your experiences here, cause they are useful for everyone.
Nice job Reload and lets be optimistic by saying, will be seeing you soon at the CC tables as well.

Yes, I contacted support, and the response was "if you can't see home games and those freerolls, that's because are not playable."

If I can't see? Is this a professional answer? Oh, well...

So for now, no news about what is available, both on App and laptop. A Swiss source from here told me they were trying to improve the game options, hope it will not take another 2 years, or at least, let us play home games.

Money to money, so they say. The Legislature adequately looks at the licensed gaming industry and is determined to only increase its healthy interest. It is always necessary to find an acceptable solution, and not act only by prohibitions on the game.

I left some weeks pass, just to see how PS in Switzerland would show some updates and if it got better.
It's stuck on the same thing, no home games, no CC tournments, only some crappy cash games. And for what i see on a group that i'm in Facebook, for PS swiss players, everybody says that the PS support here, is the worst support we ever saw. It seems run by people, that know nothing about poker, or even are sure about what they know, concerning the software.

Really, 2 years waiting, to end like this?

Not surprising at all. Pokerstars had great customer support in the past... it was one of the things they were known for. These days they are one of the worst... often not responding for long periods of time (7days). Just one more spot where Stars has chosen to cut corners. It's a shame really how they've beaten that site down to just a mere shadow of it's former self (while some other sites are doing the exact opposite... ie. GGPoker, partypoker)

Plus all the tournaments and SnGs, which PokerStars offer on its international site, including the upcoming WCOOP event.

Maybe not so surpricing since for obvious reasons they are all newly hired, at least if they are dedicated to Switzerland? Also who really care about support? I have played on PokerStars for many years, and I have only needed to contact support once, which was because, I had moved to another county and needed them to transfer my account to their license in that country. But other than situations like this its pretty much just download the client, fill out the sign-up form, make a deposit with your credit card, and then you are good to go. It should not really require the assistance of support staff ;)

Switzerland is the country with the most stable banking system, let's see if the same is true with bankrolls.

Great news, there are more of us! I heard that some states from the USA are also returning.

It’s true that some states are allowed to play on Pokerstars but the problem is that they can only play against other players from the same state.
Which is pretty lame. The player pool has to
be miserably small under such restrictions! I live in Louisiana so we don’t have a Pokerstars in this state but even if we did I wouldn’t want to play on it. I’d rather play on ACR which has lots of worldwide traffic.

You really don't know how many people are reaching PS support here, for several problems that are still happening.
Who cares about support on everything? Everyone.

What kind of problems? Like why their aces were cracked, or they cant find some particular freeroll in the lobby? Anyways people from Switzerland currently dont have many places to play online poker, and I am sure that at least for some PokerStars will work out just fine ;)

as far as i know many players have problems with registering on the new davos casino site where pokerstars.ch is embeed. and the davos casino support seems to be completly clueless and helpless.

i can understand the frustration after all this waiting to be honest.

If that is true, I can understand the frustration. But thats an issue caused by silly local legislation, which has required PokerStars to team up with a local land based casino, more than the general PokerStars support ;)

That's really good news. There will be more players, there will be more interesting games. Bigger tournaments and bigger wins.

And not only. There was a migration process from .com to .ch, which was a pain in the a** for many people, some lost money, some didn't migrate, some the login doesn't even work.
So yes, it's a PS problem.
