Honey bunches of oats VERY under-rated. I can agree with Cinnamon Toast Crunch though. It's addicting.

Shredded Wheat

Two 425g biscuits of 100% whole grain (sodium, sugar & trans fat free) Shredded Wheat every day with skim milk, a little added sugar, blueberries, sliced banana and sometimes strawberries.

Not sure if it can get any healthier. And, I love it!

I don't think I could eat any of the cereals on the linked list - way too sugary for me. And with all the salt and artificial flavoring- added fresh fruit (i.e., super healthy) would not taste good (IMO).

Froot Loops - Frosted Flakes (both with extra sugar) as a kid now I look at Bran Flakes, Muesli..

I've always liked watching David Williams play. Just seems like a cool dude.

As far as the cereal debate goes, growing up, I was always at the mercy of what my mom decided to buy, so Honeycombs and Raisin Bran cereal, I suppose.

Though now, my breakfast is mainly just eggs, toast, orange juice and coffee! :eating:

Not much of a cereal eater now, but every now and again i will have Honey Nut Cheerios.

I make my own muesli. All healthy ingredients.

Walnuts
Sliced Almonds
Pumpkin Seeds
Sesame Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Thread Coconut
Rolled Oats
Raisins

No need for added sugar. I have a sweet tooth, but find the raisins sweet enough. Occasionally I may add sliced banana or some other fresh fruit.
