But this can be done very easy, in Romania, we had the same situation, but the gamblings was regulated very good, we can play on international playerpool, if the sites obtain the licence in our country.
888, Pokerstars, unibet, have the licence, and we can play legal on these sites together with players from other countries. This has been done almost 5 years ago.
When we withdraw money, the taxes are automatically retained from the withdraw, and the rest of the money goes into players bank account.
Taxes legislations are very good, for any withdrawal less than 15 thousand euros (15000 E) , the tax retained is just 1%.
For example, if I withdraw 100$, than 99$ goes into the bank account, 1$ remain on the pokersite and they pay the tax for me.
All that is needed is a little will from the shitty politicians that make the laws.

i am so sorry to hear that. It is the same for Turkey... you can try PokerKing. it allows players from Turkey, maybe they accept players from Belarus too. It uses the same network that Americas Cardroom use. You can play on SportsBetting too maybe.. try the both. But it is really sad for poker lovers that live in a country where Pokerstars is restricted. And last more thing, maybe you can still play there using a VPN if your account is approved. I think you must contact customer service and ask them if you can still make a deposit and withdrawal. If they say yes, then no problem, just a vpn will solve your problem. Good Luck

They want to sanction some governments that are outside the democratic norm, some abuse, others are authoritarian, others of a dictatorial nature, others because they do not follow the line of the European Union and the United States and are sanctioned for any of these things; But the sanctions reach the lowest level and affect citizens, we have had to close our electronic wallets, our bank accounts, our shares, we cannot buy, we cannot sell, nor access to internet pages, applications, businesses, a fun page ... and the governments to whom these actions are taken simply look for a way to avoid them, because there are always other countries with whom they do business, there is a parallel market of sanctioned governments, there is a black market to which only these sanctioned governments can access, but citizens are increasingly affected
