Sportsbetting and online poker are looking up for the state of Nebraska. Legislators in Lincoln, Nebraska, will meet today to discuss a bill that would legalize some of the most popular forms of gambling by classifying them as games of skill.

Interesting to see whether it passes- it should do, as its a sensible bill.

I suspect poker is going to piggyback on this one. Nebraska sportsfans probably just want to bet on the Huskers lol. It's nice to see some of the middle states starting to accept poker as a game of skill.

Laws banning gambling are similar to no alcohol law. Everyone knows that poker is illegal, but they still play in other states or illegally.
