What's a Mystery Bounty tournament you ask? Here is a quick breakdown! The event has four starting sessions of good ol' No Limit Holdem for a $1000 buyin. Anyone who made day two was in the money. From that point on, every time a player knocked someone out, they drew a bounty.

Below is a breakdown of the Bounty distributions:

Day 2 Bounty Distribution in the Million Dollar Bounty
1 - $1,000,000
1 - $500,000
1 - $250,000
3 - $100,000
6 - $50,000
38 - $25,000
20 - $5,000
52 - $2,500
704 - $1,000

Matt Glantz is the lucky winner of the largest prize of $1,000,000!

Wow.

with all these Mystery Bounty and Flip n Go events during the wsop, I guess they gave up selling poker as a game of skill to embrace pure gambling.

I hoped an unknown pokerplayer would win this bounty.

This is just like david Peters wins a PSPC pass in a tournament and not a player who can not buy in for this event.

If i am right David Peters already had a PSPC pass and also can buy in for this event easely.
