I love watching poker vlogs and this wsop I has already added Ashley Sleeth's vlog to my favorites

However, Lexy Gavin's vlog then got recommended to me via You Tube and I have to say I am really enjoying watching her WSOP updates. Gavin has only been vlogging for the last month or so, but she really has a charming personality and I presume she has already done other media work as she is very confident. What I like is the vlogs are about grinding yet enjoying the WSOP on a regular player level. Gavin frequently runs into people she knows and she sparks a lot of warm reactions at the table (where she finds out players are watching her vlogs as well). She provides hand breakdowns but the vlogs are a nice balance of play, her interacting on and off the tables and the general atmosphere of the WSOP.

I'll link to her latest blog which is day 1 of the WSOP $1,500 Millionaire Maker which Gavin and her husband are both playing...well worth a watch.

I agree with all of these points. Her blog is usually the first one I read daily since she posts daily and I feel like I am there and enjoying the ambiance of the Series. She also covers the reality of Tournament poker in that there can and will be droughts between big cashes. Watching her deal with bad suckouts is inspirational to me because it shows that they happen to all players no matter how good, and they , unhappily, just shrug it off as part of the game and forget it , and then sign up for the next tournament

Indeed, Jim!

Funnily enough, her vlogs remind me of the earlier days of Andrew Neeme's vlogs (which have all but disappeared now as he has commitments with The Lodge and ambassorships etc). I believe people loved Neeme's vlogs because he would intro into the hand breakdowns with great 'B' roll of Las Vegas itself, walking through casinos, having a drink at a nice bar etc. It really made me sort of fall in love with Vegas from a distance and he was the first person to give a feel of what it was like to live and grind in Las Vegas and enjoy the process.

So it might sound silly but, for instance, I love the 'B' roll of Lexy and Bob getting their entries organized then the walking past the cereal store, stopping at Chipotle for a bite, greeting friends and acquaintances before they sat down to start the tourney. As I said before it just strikes a perfect balance - which even as you said includes her being pounded with a bad beat and coming to terms with it before picking herself up and carrying on.

She really is a natural born charmer and I am already hoping she carries on with the vlogs when she returns to her cash game routines!

She has a great Vlog - just found it recently as I've been watching a few peoples Vlogs during the WSOP. Saw Ashely made an appearance in today's too :p

Her and Bob, they make a great vlogging team.
