I dont think anyone can ever claim to be the best ever player and it is obvious Justin is one of the worlds very best, i have also seen Justin regularly owned in cash games by Phil Ivey and a few others so it is game specific..across the MTT tourney stage, he is extremely good and he has in my opinion been one of a very select group of pros who have got better in the past few years..
If we base the best ever on results only then yes - he definitely will be in that catagory - top 3 without doubt in my mind.

Justin is the best player in world at present on form..but form can be temporary and his class is permanent

Justin is definitely on a heater. (I'm sure it helps that he's a top-notch tournament player, as well.) It's been interesting to watch him play, especially to see how he changes up his strategy and keeps people guessing.
