People are finding personal stuff about her. Not sure what to think about it.

Her real name is Rabia Hussain and she is from Saudi Arabia.

She is a former contestant in a tv game show where she lied about her age.

She and RIP (the guy who bought her in that game) were spotted watching a NFL game together and his wife didn't know about it. To add an even more soup opera twist to it, RIP and his wife have a recently born child.

It's fair to say "Robbi" or Rabia is a compulsive liar and likes being the center of attention, but oddly enough I still think that she didn't cheat, at least, not against Garrett.

I was kind of done with the whole thing, but then I watched this video on Youtube. And he does make a pretty good argument, that she misread her hand, and then her pride prevented her from admitting this, after she won. The main argument against this theory is, she clearly checked her cards before calling. But there are also things, that point in that direction:

1) Before calling she ask Garrett "3 is no good?"
2) When the 9 comes on the first run, she looks a little upset. And when Garrett say "this one is yours" she answer "I dont think so". The 9 dubble paired the board and counterfeited a 3, but was inconsequential, if she knew, she had J high.
3) After turning her cards over, she dont look completely happy about the situation, and she is quiet for a few seconds.
4) When Garrett ask her, why she called, she say "I thought you had A high". This explanation makes no sense, if she knew, she had J high, but it makes sense, if she thought, she had a 3.

As many people have already said, it also does not make a ton of sense to pick this exact hand to cheat. Calling with such a bad hand can raise suspicion, as in fact it did, and its also very high variance. So if they had this perfect cheating system set up, why not wait for a better spot? Like for instance one, where she could make a hero call on the river and be 100% sure to win the hand rather than basically be flipping for her entire stack? Even if she did not know his exact cards, bottom pair is never that far ahead of a draw with two overcards and possible counterfeit outs as well.

So maybe it was just a huge mistake by her putting in 109k without knowing her cards even after checking them again. And then an attempt to save face by not admitting this right away. If that is the case, then this whole thing is extremely embarrasing for both her, Garrett and everyone, who have publicly accused her of cheating, and its decidedly bad for poker and especially streams.

This makes the most sense (imo).
fwiw, she seemed terrible at the pokerz

Actually this is a further reason, I now think, its more likely, she just misread her hand and did not want to admit it. There is most likely a cultural element here, because for people from that part of the world (even if she grew up in the USA), honour and keeping face is much more important, than it is for people from most western countries.

Lets say it was Jennifer Tilly, who misread her hand on a highstakes stream and made a huge call, she did not intend to make. Then I am sure, she would say something like "OMG I thought, I had a 3!!!", and then everyone would just laught about it. But for someone with a middle eastern background I can totally see them react to the situation the way, that Robbi did, to basically protect their honour.

I dont think, she intended for the whole thing to blow up, like it did. But thats largely Garretts fault, since he publicly accused her of cheating. And if she did in fact just misread her hand, she is kind of freerolling here, since it can then obviously not be proven, that she cheated, And there is no rule in poker, which say, that you need to explain to other people, why you made a certain play, or be truthfull about it.

And as for how, she could possibly not know her cards after checking them, its possible, she just wanted to check the suit of her J. She did make a comment to Garrett about that. And even though she got it wrong (she had a bad blocker not a good one), its entirely plausible, that someone, who just began studying poker seriously, could make this mistake.

Its also in line with her statement during a break in the stream, that she had "the J of clubs and the 3 of whatever". Because she thought, her other card was a 3, and she did not care about the suit of the 3, because it did not matter. She also had J3 in the previous hand making it further likely, this kind of mistake could happen.
