Ah, this I why I saw some youtubers driving around with their car to play in a different state in the big tournements. Good luck that is gets solved soon. I think probably the casinos do not want to lose their status as the only places to play poker.

I believe that this is fair and correct. online poker in the United States must be legal in all states. This is democracy and freedom of choice. If you want to play play, there is no desire, then play live games.

I'm pretty happy with Global and the way they've got around the system but I'd be lying if I said It wasn't exciting to think about Poker booming again in the USA. Be nice to have some actual choices again.

Not really getting my hopes up, but I did find it funny that the article said:
Originally, the Obama Administration's DOJ had cleared the way for online gambling legislation in the U.S. by releasing an opinion in 2011 that the Wire Act, which dated to 1961, applied only to sports betting.
The Trump Administration somewhat surprisingly reversed this stance with the release of its own memo in 2018.

Trump reversing anything Obama did was his ONLY agenda so thought that was kind if funny.
