The online gaming industry’s contributions to coronavirus relief efforts keep coming with the latest donations coming from GGPoker.

Through a series of MTTs, GGPoker raised $50,000 which will be matched by NSUS, their consultancy partners. The $100k will help fund clinical trials at Toronto General & Western Hospital, one of canada's leading research hospitals.

Very nice to see this newer/smaller member of the industry stepping up to help with the fight against Covid-19.

As mentioned in the article, partypoker has also made a contribution to help Britain's NHS.

I'd like to see more operators in the industry joining in on these charitable initiatives against the pandemic, especially pokerstars and 888. Their profits have certainly increased during this time.
