I really do not like the response message from the casino either (can be found here
https://www.cardschat.com/news/mist...ayer-casino-quickly-kills-livestreams-115293/ )
First of all, this is a live stream event. Meaning that there is a production crew involved one that has direct way to communicate with the dealer via an ear piece (when the cards are not showing at the cards reader, when to pause/resume the card dealing for dramatic effect in all ins, etc.).
So naming the dealer and mentioning her record, spending so much of the message on her seems unfair to her. Bringing too large of a spotlight on her shoulders when there should have been a
floor manager right beside her overlooking the
final table, entire production crew and so on. As an ex
poker dealer it rubs me the wrong way. She has a boss. The floor manager. Where is he/she in this whole mess.
Then mentioning the players responsibility, again deflecting the responsibility from the manager (the boss of this event) and the TV production.
Response to this mistake, with the stream cutting and this message rivals the mistake it self.
Anyway, I just noticed this is old news after writing this all down. I'll keep my comment though, didn't like the handling of this situation.
