It is never a good idea to take on a 'customer' -- you should always call the floor or security instead to deal with the situation. The problem anyone runs into that deals with the public, is even obnoxious customers bring income into the business . . . Wishing the dealer the best and he should just consider this a learning experience like we have all been through.

I was a dealer was 6 years and a Floor Supervisor for a year before I got out of the casino business. Verbal abuse is to be expected. You gotta have a thick skull and don’t take things personal. Or if you’re not in a good emotional state and you get someone on your table who starts pushing your buttons you gotta call out to your floor supervisor to tap you off of that game before you reach a breaking point.

Judging by all of the comments on the YouTube channel and even in this thread I’m pretty sure that this Dealer is great at his job but this is not acceptable especially how he kept trying to go after him even after being restrained. So yes he should have been fired!
