It's been awhile since I've made a withdrawal from Titan Poker (TitanBet).

I requested a withdrawal on Feb.28th (vai Bank Transfer... the method I have ALWAYS used) & the following day I received an email from them saying they'd received my withdrawal request & that it would be processed in 24-48hrs. A couple days later I received another email telling me it had been approved (& the funds had been removed from my account since Feb.28).
It also said 'please note the withdrawal details:' but it was blank after this comment (WTF?)

I go & check my bank account.... nothing added. I check again on Mar.4 and there's still no sign of a transaction. On Mar.5th I see the money has been put back into my account (minus $5... maybe that was a fee LOL... for pretending to give me something & then cancelling it).
I never received an email suggesting it was cancelled (or a reason for such).

I look back on the first (first of 3) emails Titan sent to me & it said "withdrawal will be sent to your preferred payment method 'EnvoyBT'
WTF? I don't have an Envoy account & have never had one either & I certainly didn't request a withdrawal via this method at all.

Now I'm calling the canada customer support phone number 1-888-201-5684 & there is NEVER an answer. It has been busy signal for the past 2 hours.

Soooooo frustrating dealing with this garbage. It's certainly not the first sh1tty experience I've had on iPoker network sites (I'd say there's been at least two dozen times I've had major fock arounds with support).
sigh

The titan poker client used to have BankTransfer as one of the options but now it doesn't. But if you login via TitanBet (same thing) onto their webpage you can find 'BankTransfer' as one of the withdrawal options. This is what I used & 4 days later it stated 'approved'. But the following day the money was credited back to my Titan account... & nothing in my bank account.
I see that EnvoyBT = Envoy BankTransfer

Tried having a friend phone the number, thinking that there was maybe a chance my phone wasn't able to dial the toll free number prefix '888' as I have an internet phone.... but when they called the number it said it wasn't even in service LoL. (Titan just emailed me that phone number yesterday).

So I tried using Live Chat support. Here's what is says
'Not able to send messages' (written very faintly, lol).

Tomorrow I will set up my bank account for online banking & then will try one other withdrawal option available to me on this site. Incidentally, this is why I have stopped playing at all of the other iPoker network sites (I used to play on 8 different ones over the past 10yrs.)... they removed most of the withdrawal options & the ones that were remaining weren't able to be accessed by myself. (hence they are useless to me).

My biggest pet peeve in poker..... dealing with customer support for online sites. They are horrendous!

email support was actually pretty decent.
The customer support phone number they have for Canadians on the site is INCORRECT (it is out of service). email support gave me a new one but I didn't need to use it.

It felt strange dealing with someone via email on a poker site customer support staff who actually answered my questions and dealt with my issue. Withdrawal has now been processed. Phew!

Looks like I will continue to play on the site. Been on there for over 10yrs. now.
Time to build up a bankroll on there again!

You could save yourself so much time, effort & needless stress if you would just stop fighting the patterns. Ya know they are going to get you. Allowing this withdrawal is just a ploy. Beware. :deal:

ONGOING ISSUES with Withdrawal attempts on Titan Poker!!!!!

Twice they approved my withdrawal, telling me the funds were sent to my bank account. Then, ~1 week later they said it was cancelled due to incorrect banking information that I had provided to them. I was thinking this is impossible as it is EXACTLY the SAME ACCOUNT I have used every time in the past, & have been using it for 15years, and 10 years with Titan!!!!! (I've made many withdrawals from Titan to this very same bank account in the past!).

So I decided I would do it again as they had requested. This time I chose another bank account I use, one that is compatible with online poker transactions. An account that is in a completely different institution. I diligently filled out the information in the withdrawal form, and once again had it approved. And once again was told it had been sent to my bank.... and then ~1 week later, was told the exact same thing I was told the two failed times prior.... supposedly I had provided them with incorrect banking infomation. This is a 100% Lie !!!!

This is a heads up to other members in the Cardschat forum. I believe there are some issues with the Titan Poker site currently. If you or someone you know has recently had a successful withdrawal from that site, please post here in this thread. I have experienced this before with a few sites and it was always what happened prior to them pulling the plug. I'm also wondering if my WD wasn't given priority as I do not play much volume on that site these days at all. Perhaps it would be different for someone playing on there often (even though numbers of players in their lobbys would suggest that there really aren't many players playing on that site at all these days).

It's not a lot of money, but it's over $500 & I would prefer to see it in my hands as opposed to their's. I was actually contemplating playing on there a bit more often ... but not anymore :(

UNABLE to WITHDRAWAL on Titan Poker

So today I made attempts, 4, 5, 6, & 7. All with no luck.

Titan support Live Chat has been turned off ever since I began to try to do this (Mar.6th) and who knows for how long prior to then???

So their email support got back to me & told me I need to try a different withdrawal method (instead of the one I've always used for years & that has always worked for me in the past). They made it sound so simple... like there was nothing to it. So I tried it. LMAO
It doesn't even allow for Canadian bank accounts as it suggest my account number must be 9 digits... meanwhile all Canadian bank account numbers are 7 digits.

I couldn't call them up on the phone because the number they've given to me is not in service (the one listed on their webpage for Canada is also not in service).

It's one thing when you see the numbers of players dropping drastically in the poker lobbies but when withdrawals are delayed it's a completely different cause for concern. When you consider a cash game lobby that previously had over 250 to 300 players in it, now only has 35 to 40 during peak periods (and at some times of day it actually has ZERO players).. and out of these '40' players, 2/3 of them are playing on 3 or 4 tables. Do the math... there's less than a dozen players in their busiest limit during peak hours. AND.. how many sites are actually running on the iPoker network? 5? maybe 10? Maybe there's 1 other player who is actually on Titan? Maybe there's none on the SPEED cash tables? (there certainly aren't any from Canada that I'm aware of).
