Withdrawal from PokerStars Ontario to RBC (in Canada) “Sort Code” Issue

I continually have my withdrawal rejected because of the Bank Sort Code. My bank tells me this is a 9 digit number but the site only allows 3 characters. Additionally, if you reside in canada, this should not even be a requirement. PS help has been zero use. Does anyone know what to put under Bank Sort Code? I bank with RBC.

Try 003, it’s the bank Id number and the only 3 digit number that would be used with the bank account. The series of numbers they’re requesting is standard for a bank transfer to direct the funds to your specific account. This is a frequent issue as RBC does have a specific sort code for wire transfers, most likely terminology mistake from PS side then the bank providing what is the sort code.

5 times rejected and not one has it been accepted. If anyone has used RBC for Direct Transfer, can you tell me what Bank Identifier is and what else you put in the fields? This is poker stars Ontario. Any help would be appreciated
