Hi to all! I have one question to the community: pokerstars much time spent on verification of documents and money? Because I was first asked to withdraw money, sent them copies of the documents, and it has passed 15 days and reply to an email does not arrive .... I would appreciate any help !!!

The process should take at the very most 2 days. By one week, you should sent an e-mail asking them what's up.

Maybe there is something wrong in your documents, or maybe they simply misplaced your order... Either way, e-mailing them is your only option.

Keep trying, they are required to respond in no less than 24 hours if the response does not come yet, try social media support, like Facebook and/or Instagram, you will sure get some answers, good luck

If this is your first attempt to withdraw funds, most likely something is wrong with your account, because usually this procedure takes 1-2 days.

I waited two weeks for the verification.... but after the process was done, a withdrawal lasts maximum two days. I paid out in the evening and the money was on my bank account at the following afternoon.

This is a headache for pokerstars they always do it for a very long time

In 2 weeks they should have checked and answered you. You can write directly to the support service of the "data controller" (responsible for collecting, storing and using personal data of the players) TSG Interactivel Gaming Europe Limited ("TSG"), maybe this will speed up the process.

Is the withdrawal large?
Had a similar problem in the past with large amounts think they cause long security checks and delays,
Account was already verified made many deposits and withdrawals but when tried to withdraw $8000 or $7000 my request was denied and was asked for identity documents again and left waiting for long time.
Was still able to play though generate rake funny enough next time this happens will exclude myself daily with responsible gambling tool as disgusted with myself losing a couple of thousand back by playing really high stakes that I would not of played if the pay out was normal like my smaller withdrawal requests.

If You wanna withdraw a large ammount this ask You for documents..but If You wanna a small withdraw dont need.. and in 3 days You have to money in your hands.

The same answer came to me. Everything is fine, the account is confirmed, the funds have been transferred.

my card was about to expire, on deposit pokerstar accepts, the withdrawal of money was said to fail, in the end I lost everything
