So I had recently won 640usd on pokerstars and was trying to withdraw at least 300usd. I live in Bolivia and deposited from a Bolivian visa debit card. Now it says it has to be CFT Funds available which I don't know how to properly say in Spanish to a bank clerk. Both neteller & skrill blocked me bc I tried using my American debit card to open accounts there and see if that would work but it didn't. Direct Bank Withdraw was another option they gave me but I cannot withdraw from that unless it was 50k and then Web Money too was another one which I do not understand that site at all. Is there an easier that someone knows how I can withdraw? I really enjoy playing the game in my pass-time since there isn't any casinos in Bolivia unless I go to neighboring chile which is Awesome by the way. Please Help!

If you are capable of depositing from your credit card, you can withdraw to the same card too. That's the easiest way I could find within the years, and its working fast and safety.

Poker is all fun and games until you go to make a withdrawl... and it is only at that point that you realize the array of forces against you, standing in your way... such as the entire world's banking industry.

You would think the "capitalists" who run our world and OWN our world (it is THEIR money, not yours) would encourage "capitalism"... but its sorta like a rigged poker game, really... they'll let you deposit your entire life savings, but God forbid you ever try to withdraw any of it... then it's a whole 'nother story.

The only way out is not to play. And that isn't a reasonable solution for a poker player. Welcome to the modern world, which talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.

We Americans were banned by our own damn government over a decade ago, and we STILL cannot play on the major poker sites... talk about irony from the country that loudly proclaims itself to be the "Land of the Free". What a bunch of bullcrap. We are financial slaves to the system, that is the truth.

I have zero problems withdrawing from pokerstars. I either put the money back on the visa debit card or request a direct bank transfer. There are no limits to the bank transfer, 50k min sounds ridiculous.

Post a few screenshots of the withdrawal screens but black out any sensitive info and I'll try and help you out.

In my country - Russia - poker is prohibited! Because of this, I have to withdraw money through third-party payment systems. I'm constantly losing money . Interest rates were raised everywhere . Some of the money was withdrawn through bitcoin . I didn't like it. We have to make two translations .

Pokerstars can usually ask you to confirm your identity when you win big. It happened to me at some point. I confirmed my identity and after that all withdrawals to my account were instant.
To withdraw funds from Pokerstars, I use Webmoney, the account from which I made my first deposit at Pokerstars. If you do not have an official Webmoney office in your country, you can link any of your national credit cards to Webmoney and cash out your funds in national currency. There should be no problems with Viza at all if it has advanced features (gold or platinum version):)

Direct Bank Withdraw was another option they gave me but I cannot withdraw from that unless it was 50k

That sounds really strange. Maybe the minimum is 50$ not 50.000$? In many other countries bank transfers from PokerStars work seemlessly. If I request a withdrawal in the morning, the money is usually in my account the next banking day (sweden).

Just withdraw back to the same Debit card...

So I had recently won 640usd on Pokerstars and was trying to withdraw at least 300usd. I live in Bolivia and deposited from a Bolivian visa debit card. Hello m8, just withdraw back to the same debit card you used to pay the monies into the PS account.
The CFT thing is just banks trying to combat(ing) financial terrorism (fraud that funds terrorist activities) but this money you have clearly won playing a poker tournament on PS, so there will not be any issue with it.

Pls try the simplest route (the debit card) & once the bank sees its coming from a recognised Poker Company (like poker stars) I think/hope you will be alright.

good luck! and let us know if all works out OK (if not maybe someone else can help).

Good afternoon.I am from Perú and I´ve never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals on Stars at all.I use a Visa debit card(my bank account is in dollars ).The minimun amount I can withdraw is $100.Maybe you deposited in your local currency or as it is your first withdrawal some documents need to be sent.Just in case, take a look to your e- mail. You shouldn´t have any problems to withdraw with your Visa card since that is the best method in your country.Good luck

I don't know how it works on Bolivia, but I'm from brazil and it's very easy to cashout to my bank account. Are you sure about this minimum amount? No site have a minimum amount of that much money. My minimum value to cashout is $10.

I have always withdrawn money by bank transfer. You misunderstood something. What is $ 50,000? You can withdraw money from $ 50

The minimum amount for bank withdrawal varies by region.
It has always been $50,000 minimum for me and I have been playing on Stars for at least 12 years.

I thought the OP had misunderstood something. But wait, whaaaat? 50k USD! In what world this makes any sense?
And this is a rule set by Pokerstars to your region? How can they justify this?

Yes makes no sense if I ever use it I would be happy. They told me it is the limit set by the payment processor and they can't change it. It wasn't much of an issue in the past as they had cheque withdrawals but this was removed 4-5 years ago.

I do have other options to withdraw -Visa Card, ecoPayz and Neteller/Skrill.
