If you make deposit with visa, then it's very easy to withdraw money.
Since I did a deposit on PS, then when I try to withdraw money they say I need on my balance 42.000$.

if you have made a deposit in an account only in that bank account you can withdraw the money

I use Webmoney-this is probably the most convenient method for withdrawal right now.

it's always easiest way to ask them directly and get answer directly from them, not some may be/may not be answers.
I made withdraw this morning, and got my money to neteller in a matter of few hrs.
Never had any issue with PS and their withdrawal to get my money in timely maner.
I am in germany, and what works for me, may not work for you, since i don't know where are you from and what are your country regulations.
They can help you with that.

Something is going on with the Payment Processors causing more restrictions worldwide. Pinnacle was the only one to notify me very late that Credit Cards for deposit would not be available after 31 march.

every country will be different---credit card rules will be different and pokerstars options will be different depending on what country you are from
