SI'm from Latin America, a few years ago I always collected my prizes for skrill or neteller cards at the ATM, but they were suspended for this region, does anyone know why?

They have slowly closed and withdrawn from a lot of countries since black friday mainly due to
gambling laws and lawsuits, I imagine being arrested didn't help matters either:cool:

When they suspended this option in your country? In my country (brazil) they suspended many years ago unfortunately. It was the best option. :(
